The studio takes on a limited number of private art commissions each year. If you are interested in a custom painting that aligns with the style and cultural voice of Kimlayn, the process begins with a conversation.
The Process

Inquiry & Consultation
Reach out via our contact page to discuss sizing, subject matter, and timeline. We will review the brief to ensure it aligns with the studio's current artistic direction.

Proposal & Deposit
A formal proposal including a mood board, color palette, pricing, and estimated timeline will be provided. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the easel.

Creation & Delivery
You will receive one mid-point update during the painting process. Once completed and fully cured, the final piece is securely shipped or available for local studio pickup.
