Every order is packed by hand in the studio in Miami. Here’s what to expect once you check out.

Processing Time

Studio Merch and Original Art orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. Worldwide shipping is coming soon.

Shipping Rates

All orders ship with USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location, so you only pay for what it actually costs to send.

Original paintings are carefully wrapped and packed to arrive in the same condition they left the studio.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the USPS service you choose at checkout. Most US orders arrive within a few business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can shift during holidays or carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email info@kimlayn.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email info@kimlayn.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your building’s mail area first, then reach out and we’ll help you contact USPS.
