    At Kimlayn | Cultured Art + Design Studio, each item is carefully curated, handmade, or created in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our collections, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel good about your purchase.

    We accept returns or exchanges only if:

    • You received the wrong item

    • Your item arrived damaged

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@kimlayn.com

    • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

    If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit once the item is received and inspected.

    Please note:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error)

    • Custom or personalized items, journal kits, and digital downloads are non-returnable
